This is a plain-language summary of how SattvaStack handles your information. We keep it short because we keep the data minimal. This is a template — have it reviewed against your obligations (including India's DPDP Act) before you rely on it.
What we collect
- When you take the audit: your answers and the resulting scores.
- When you create an account: your name, email, and password (passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider — we never see them).
- When you apply: your name, email, WhatsApp number, timezone, your three focus areas, and what you tell us about your goals.
- While you use your dashboard: your daily practice check-ins and any notes you add.
Why we collect it
To show you your report, to run your place in the program, to keep your guide informed enough to actually help you, and to contact you about your practice. That's it. We don't sell your data, and we don't run ads.
Who can see it
You, and the SattvaStack guides supporting you. We use trusted services to run the site — an authentication and database provider, a forms service, and messaging tools — and your data passes through them only to deliver what you've asked for.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account or are in the program, and a reasonable period after for our records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong (you can edit most of it yourself in your dashboard).
- Ask us to delete your account and data.
- Unsubscribe from any emails at any time.
